Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order processing cycle from order receipt to cash collection, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Communicate with Dutch-speaking clients to address inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in our ERP system to track orders, payment status, and other relevant information.
• Analyze and report on order trends to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and service.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the order to cash lifecycle.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Experience in order management, finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex order processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
