• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a valuable addition.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment initiatives with creativity and energy.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract top talent.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments efficiently.
