This exciting position allows you to work in the beautiful setting of Greece, interacting with clients to facilitate their booking needs and ensure a fantastic customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with hotel reservations for Booking.com through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide in-depth information about available accommodations, pricing, availability, and local experiences to guide clients in making informed decisions.
• Accurately process reservation requests and confirm all necessary details to provide a smooth booking experience.
• Proactively address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to bookings with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and booking details within our CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, hotel offers, and local attractions to provide clients with the best options.

• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is desirable.
• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or a related field is highly valued.
• A passion for travel and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to effectively manage inquiries and provide timely resolutions to customer issues.
