Your Role:

• Assist in the recruitment process by actively sourcing and engaging Dutch-speaking candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit with our clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to thoroughly understand job requirements and expectations.
• Ensure clear and prompt communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, creating a positive experience.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent and streamline your processes.
• Participate in team discussions, contributing ideas to enhance the talent support experience.
• Engage in professional development training to stay ahead in the talent acquisition field.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential, with English proficiency considered an advantage.
• A positive, proactive approach to supporting candidates through the recruitment process.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
• A collaborative spirit and readiness to work as part of a dedicated team.
