• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring follow-up and personalized service.
• Stay current on travel trends and destination insights to provide clients with relevant advice.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an asset.
• Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong passion for travel and extensive knowledge of popular travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
