Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch and Flemish-speaking customers via online channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through technical problems and offer solutions.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and maintain accurate support documentation.
• Work closely with product and development teams to escalate unresolved issues.
• Continuously update your knowledge of our products, services, and industry standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
• Familiarity with online support tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new environment.
