Work Setup: Work from home in Braga, Portugal Shift Details:
Hours: 24/7 rotating shifts, Monday through Sunday (including night shifts)
Two rotating days off each week
Shifts rotate between mornings, afternoons, and nights

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our remote team in Braga. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the website technical solutions sector, assisting Dutch-speaking customers with technical inquiries. While experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage, it is not required. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow with the company.
In this role, you will provide remote technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, guiding them through challenges, and offering assistance via phone, email, and chat. You will need strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to new situations, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, helping with website-related technical issues
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with website setup, configuration, or performance
Assist customers in understanding and using website tools to resolve issues efficiently
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up
Ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
Adhere to processes for troubleshooting, escalating, or resolving issues as needed
Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams or higher-level support
Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues and areas for process improvement
Take responsibility for customer issues, ensuring their resolution in a timely manner and following up when needed
Protect customer information and comply with data privacy regulations
Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and customer experience
Stay calm under pressure and manage customer expectations in high-stress situations
Provide ongoing support and solutions for website-related inquiries, ensuring customers get the most out of the services
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in Dutch (C2 level required)
Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level or higher preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not essential
Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn about website solutions and technical issues
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
Strong problem-solving skills, able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues
Ability to work independently, maintaining high standards of service remotely
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy, even when handling repetitive tasks
Comfortable working flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends
EU ID required for employment in Portugal
Residence card required for non-EU nationals
