Join an international team delivering premium customer experiences all while working remotely in Northern Portugal, with relocation support to Braga if needed.

Language Requirements

• French C2 level (native or near-native proficiency)

• English B2 level (intermediate proficiency

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts (24/7 operation), Monday to Sunday

• 2 rotating days off per week

• Full remote working model (after initial training if applicable)

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential

Who You Are
