In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients, helping them navigate their travel and booking requirements with ease.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in French through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Support clients through the booking process, including making, modifying, or canceling reservations.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to bookings and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions within the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to address complex customer issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and travel offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken), with English proficiency as an added advantage.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel and hospitality industries, is highly preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to effectively solve problems and handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
