Customer Service Representative German Speaker

Location: Remote (based in mainland Portugal)
Start date: October 9th, 2025
Language: Native or fluent German required

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver high-quality assistance with a strong customer focus. Previous sales experience is mandatory, as you will also be expected to identify opportunities and offer relevant solutions.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00 (rotating shifts)

• Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 17:00 (rotating shifts)

• 2 rotating days off per week

Profile Requirements:

• Native or fluent level of German (written and spoken)

• Good command of English (minimum B1 recommended)

• Proven experience in sales (mandatory)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask

• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including occasional weekends

• Based in mainland Portugal (remote role)

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: 1,100 euros (x14 months)

• Daily meal allowance of 7.63 euros

• Performance bonus: up to 150 euros (x12 months)

• Estimated total monthly compensation: ~1,590 euros

  • This includes the monthly portion of the 14-month salary, the performance bonus, and the daily meal allowance (calculated for ~22 working days per month).

• Relocation package (for candidates moving from abroad):

  • Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (280 euros/month, all utilities included, deducted directly from payslip)
