Key Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients with their inquiries and bookings through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information on available accommodations, services, and local attractions to help clients make informed decisions.
• Process reservations accurately, confirming all details to ensure a seamless booking experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings professionally and promptly.
• Maintain thorough records of client interactions and reservations in our CRM system.
• Stay informed about hospitality trends and local offerings to provide clients with the best recommendations.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality support, or similar roles is advantageous.
• A strong passion for travel and knowledge of hospitality services and destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software is preferred.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered.
