Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in German, assisting clients with inquiries and providing tailored support.
• Communicate the brand's story and product details effectively to create engaging interactions.
• Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide comprehensive after-sales support.
• Address customer concerns and feedback swiftly and professionally.
• Collaborate with sales teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on luxury market trends and the latest product offerings to share valuable insights with customers.

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Genuine enthusiasm for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail sector.
