Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in German, assisting clients with inquiries and enhancing their shopping experience.
• Effectively communicate product information and brand stories to engage and inform customers.
• Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and deliver quality after-sales support.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to foster customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on luxury market trends and the latest product offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• A valid EU passport
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
