• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our strategies and outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to the management team regarding recruitment activities, candidate feedback, and market insights.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in recruitment, with a successful track record of sourcing and placing candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and tools spanning various sectors.
