In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, offering top-tier support, and ensuring every customer’s experience is seamless and memorable.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from Portugal while being part of an exciting and growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer support in German via phone, email, or chat
• Offer detailed product and service information to address customer needs
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
