Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a flair for sales? Were looking for a motivated, German-speaking customer excellence representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, offering top-tier support, and ensuring every customers experience is seamless and memorable. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from Northern Portugal while being part of an exciting and growing team.

What Youll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer support in German via phone, email, or chat
• Offer detailed product and service information to address customer needs
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

Who Were Looking For:

• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
