Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a knack for sales? We are seeking a motivated German-speaking Customer Excellence Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, delivering excellent support and ensuring that each customers experience is smooth and memorable.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from Northern Portugal while being part of an exciting and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support in German via phone, email, or chat.

• Offer detailed product and service information to meet customer needs.

• Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

Who Were Looking For:

• Fluency in German (written and spoken)

• Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule

• Must be based in Northern Portugal
