Hebrew Speaking Content Moderator

About the Job

You'll be part of a dynamic and diverse team dedicated to digital content moderation. Your main goal is to review user-generated content in Hebrew and ensure it follows the platform's community guidelines. This is a critical role in protecting users from harmful or inappropriate material. We provide comprehensive, paid training, so no prior experience in content moderation is necessary.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and Moderating Content: Proactively reviewing a high volume of videos, comments, and user profiles in Hebrew to ensure they comply with our safety policies.
• Applying Policies: Making quick and accurate judgments on reported content, such as misinformation, hate speech, or graphic violence, and taking appropriate action.
• Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with evolving community standards and policies to maintain a relevant moderation approach.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with your team to address complex issues and contribute to a supportive work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Hebrew: You must have native-level or C2 proficiency in both written and spoken Hebrew.
• English Proficiency: A B2 level of English is required for team communication and training.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye is essential for spotting subtle policy violations in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional Resilience: The ability to handle sensitive and disturbing content with discretion and professionalism is a must.
• Adaptability: You should be a quick learner, able to adapt to new tools, software, and policy changes.
