In this role, you will assist Hungarian-speaking clients with their travel arrangements, ensuring they receive the best possible support throughout their journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Hungarian-speaking clients with their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Manage the booking process, including modifications and cancellations, while ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
• Offer travel recommendations tailored to client preferences and assist in creating memorable travel experiences.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively, aiming for resolution and client satisfaction.
• Document and maintain client interactions and support requests in our internal system.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends and company offerings to deliver expert advice.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, travel support, or a related role is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
• Experience with travel booking systems and CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation expenses covered.
