Your Role

After collecting your IT equipment and signing your contract in Lisbon, youll start a 4-week intensive training program to:

• Manage membership files for policyholders.
• Process complementary health benefits for insured members and healthcare professionals.
• Provide excellent phone support and client service.

Your Profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking, or a similar goal-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word), digital tools (Teams), and comfortable using dual screens.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage priorities and propose solutions.

Salary and Benefits

• Starting gross monthly salary: 923.40 euros (14 months), increasing to 973.40 euros at 6 months, and 1023.40 euros after one year.
• Performance Bonuses (based on annual objectives):
  • 40 euros /month for meeting expectations.
  • 80 euros /month for exceeding expectations.
• Additional allowances: meal card, teleworking bonus, and individual salary reviews.
