Tasks 

• Coordinate agile delivery with a strong governance mindset, ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry best practices.
• Oversee Incident and Change Management processes in alignment with ITIL standards. 
• Support the governance of security and compliance initiatives, promoting risk-awareness and proactive mitigation. 
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and service management functions. 
• Ensure the proper use and integration of tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage SLAs, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and driving operational efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Incident Manager, Change Manager, IT Governance Coordinator, or Security Operations. 
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ITIL framework. 
• Familiarity with security standards and governance models in technology environments. 
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, and similar platforms. 
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written). 
• Availability to start immediately or within 15 days is a must.
• Must be located in Portugal for remote work eligibility.
