As the IT Operations Specialist, you will be the right hand to our Head of IT. You will play a crucial role in identifying inefficiencies in current processes and implementing improvements to streamline operations. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, making this an exciting and dynamic opportunity for IT professionals who thrive in a collaborative and evolving environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements to streamline operations.
Documentation Management: Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation standards, ensuring all processes and projects are well-documented.
Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and that the team stays on track.
Vendor Management: Handle negotiations and communications with external vendors, ensuring that the team gets the best deals and services.
Compliance and Security: Ensure that all IT processes and systems comply with relevant regulations and security standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the IT team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
IT and Business Process Oversight: Oversee IT processes and business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
ERP Implementation Support: Provide support for ERP implementations, including gathering business needs and ensuring successful integration with existing systems.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, a related field or proven experience.
Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the field.

Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to relay complex technical concepts with clarity and patience.

Work Location:
2 days a week in our brand new office in Porto, with monthly travel to other Moonlake hubs in Zug, Cambridge and US.
