As a Customer Agent, you will provide vital support to our Italian-speaking clients, addressing their banking inquiries and guiding them through our internet banking services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about online banking products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring an exceptional banking experience.
• Document customer interactions and track all inquiries in our CRM system.
• Work alongside other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
