• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services.

• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Stay informed about product details, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively assist customers.
• Adapt to a multicultural workplace and participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Experience in customer service is preferred, especially in a multicultural environment.
