Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Cryptocurrency Exchange in Greece. In this innovative role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients, guiding them through their cryptocurrency transactions and ensuring a seamless experience on the platform.

Your fluency in Italian is vital as you assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transactions, and security concerns. By delivering outstanding service, you will help foster trust and confidence in our services within the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian through various channels including phone, email, and chat regarding cryptocurrency inquiries
  • Assist clients with account setup, verification processes, and transaction troubleshooting
  • Effectively address customer issues and provide guidance on best practices for using the platform
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve user experience
  • Stay informed about cryptocurrency trends, regulations, and market updates
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance service offerings
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in finance or technology, is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-changing cryptocurrency landscape
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
