Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives at a leading telecommunications company, with the workplace located in beautiful Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and communication and are eager to provide top-notch support to customers in Italian.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to telecommunications products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Provide detailed information about services, plans, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Assist customers with account management, bill inquiries, and service changes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for monitoring and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest telecommunications trends and company updates to provide relevant assistance.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desired.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary, and to relocate to Greece.
