Remote Italian-speaking Technical Customer Specialist | Continental Portugal

Contract:
Initial 6-month contract with strong possibility of renewal
Languages Required:
Italian: Native/C2 level
English: B2 minimum
About the Role
As a Technical Customer Specialist, you will support customers through phone, email, and chat while helping resolve technical and post-sales inquiries in a professional and customer-oriented way.
This role combines:
Customer Support
Technical Assistance
Post-Sales Support
Inbound Customer Guidance
You will work in a dynamic international environment where communication skills, empathy, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction are highly valued.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat
Support customers with deliveries, refunds, warranties, and technical questions
Provide professional and solution-oriented customer support
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Support inbound customer guidance and product-related assistance
Use CRM systems and internal tools efficiently
Accurately manage customer information and case updates
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred
Experience in sales or tech support is considered a strong plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Working Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00
Days Off:
Sunday + 1 rotational day off
Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: €1,024 gross/month (14 payments)
Performance Bonus: up to €225 gross/month
Meal Allowance: €7.23/day
Health Insurance from Day 1
Fully remote setup within eligible regions of Portugal
Important:
Candidates must already have Portuguese work authorisation or EU citizenship.
