Remote Job Opportunity in Portugal | ARC Support Specialist Nordic Languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish)

Are you a native speaker of Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish? Are you based in Portugal or planning to relocate? We are hiring multiple remote positions for ARC Support Specialists to join a dynamic and international team!

Role Overview:

As an ARC Support Specialist, you will support customers throughout their online order journey from delivery tracking and returns to payment issues and general inquiries. Your work will be essential to delivering a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, or chat

• Assist with delivery management, returns, payment processing, and general support

• Collaborate with couriers, banks, and internal departments

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and PCI standards

• Escalate complex issues when necessary using internal tools

Training & Integration:

• Paid training period (1520 working days) conducted in English

• Full onboarding and training on tools, products, and communication procedures

• Permanent contract offered after a 30-day trial period

️ Candidate Profile:

• Native or fluent in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish

• Excellent English skills (minimum C1 level)

• Customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

• Prior experience in back-office or support roles is a plus

Compensation & Perks:

• Monthly gross salary package up to 1,620.50
