In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating social media content in Latvian to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Latvian, ensuring adherence to community standards and company policies.
• Respond professionally and promptly to user interactions in Latvian.

• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support community engagement and content strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, moderation techniques, and guidelines.

• Fluency in Latvian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally and discreetly.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency.
