Legal Associate Contracts

As Legal Associate Contracts, you will ensure the accurate documentation, organisation and management of all contracts within a centralised database. This includes maintain up-to-date records, tracking contract lifecycles, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and reporting of contract-related information. You will collaborate with internal teams, providing legal support and guidance to internal teams on contractual matters.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain accurate and organised records of all contracts.
• Identify legal risks associated with contractual agreements.
• Provide legal support to internal teams.

Education: 

• Law degree

Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. 

Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:

• Collaborative.
• Proactive.
• Organised.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing contracts and maintaining organised records of contract documentation.

Work Location:

• 2 days a week in our brand new  Porto Office
