Manager - Beratung Projekte Klimaschutz & Dekarbonisierung (Vollzeit)

In the role of project manager, you are the central element in showing companies and institutions the way to reduce their CO2 emissions and initiate the implementation of reduction measures. Specifically, the following tasks may be involved: 

• Managing projects for climate accounting
• Management of decarbonisation projects (CO2 balances, transformation plans) at companies and public institutions)
• Central point of contact for customers & employees for project management 
• Ensuring project results in terms of quality, time and CO2 impact 
• Preparation of CO2 balances for companies or products
• Preparation of offers and tender documents
• Support with project completion incl. invoicing 
• Active contribution to the development of the start-up

• 2-4 years of experience as a consultant/ senior consultant on sustainability with a focus on climate protection
• Alternatively 2-4 years of experience as a climate protection manager in a company or institution 
• Motivation to support companies on their way to more climate protection and sustainability
• Willingness to take responsibility for projects holistically (customers, content, employees) 
• Willingness to spend at least 3 days a week in the Stuttgart office 
• Interest in a dynamic start-up environment
• Business fluent in German and English
