Network Operator Junior

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for enterprise networks in a post-sales context
• Ensure the handling of all fault tickets and configuration requests
• Support field technicians, assisting in the diagnosis and resolution of network issues
• Manage and maintain the team’s shared email inbox in an organized and efficient manner

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Network Operator
• Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching (Cisco) and IPv4/IPv6 protocols
• Experience with ADSL technology
• Basic understanding of GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Availability to work in 24/7 shifts
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or specializations in telecommunications are a plus
