Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries regarding NIKON products and assist in resolving any issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
• Work closely with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on NIKON's product features and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve service strategies.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development activities.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
