• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is preferred.

• Proficient in use of CRM software and standard office tools.
