Position: Operations Customer Expert

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time (open to accept remote working)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns about products, offering accurate information and helpful solutions.
• Providing guidance and support on proper product usage.
• Sharing details about product ingredients and composition as needed.
• Assisting in situations involving emergencies or misuse of products.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Turkish (C1), both oral and written. Fluency in English (at least B2.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Proficiency in using computers and common office software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn about products, policies, and procedures.
