Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding player support via email in Hungarian.
• Assist players with questions regarding game features, technical issues, and account management.
• Resolve player concerns swiftly to enhance player satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document player interactions effectively to improve overall service quality.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to communicate player feedback and insights.
• Remain informed about game updates and best practices in customer support to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in both Hungarian and English (oral and written) is required.
• Experience in customer support or player support roles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with popular game titles is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple player inquiries efficiently.
