Key Responsibilities

• Provide insights on content patterns and user engagement to help refine moderation strategies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes and improve user experience.
• Stay up to date with company policies regarding content moderation and community interaction.

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
