This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and retail. As a representative, you'll assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and promotions, all while enhancing their shopping experience in Polish.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding retail products, stock availability, and service options via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information about promotions, pricing, and return policies.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and improved customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest product offerings and retail trends to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the retail sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple inquiries while prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
