Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and assess user-generated content in Portuguese to ensure compliance with established community guidelines.
• Classify content accurately based on moderation policies and standards.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to enhance our moderation strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to develop and refine moderation processes.
• Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
