As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Portuguese, helping them with inquiries regarding consumer electronics products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to consumer electronics products, including specifications, troubleshooting, and warranty information via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with order placements, returns, and modifications while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support for electronic devices.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support and product teams to relay customer feedback and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about new products, trends, and updates within the consumer electronics industry.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for technology and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor when resolving customer issues.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and common computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
