Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding renewable energy products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries about installations, maintenance, tariffs, and the benefits of renewable energy solutions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, providing effective resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical queries and improve customer experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's renewable energy offerings and industry trends.
• Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain organized service records for continuous improvement.
• Promote the company's services and encourage clients to embrace sustainable energy solutions.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy or environmental sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
