Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to tobacco products and services via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide information on product features, availability, and promotions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Assist customers in understanding the company's offerings and navigating any service-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting tobacco products to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the retail or tobacco industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
