Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries regarding subscription services, billing, and account management.
• Resolve issues and provide effective solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of our services and improve your support skills.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve overall customer experience.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to team success.
• Experience with subscription-based services is a plus but not mandatory.
