In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Romanian, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines and company policies. Your work will help maintain a positive and safe online environment for Romanian-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Romanian, ensuring compliance with community standards and company policies.
• Respond to user comments and messages professionally and in a timely manner in Romanian.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content according to company protocols.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support community engagement and content moderation strategies.
• Stay updated on social media trends, guidelines, and best practices in content moderation.

• Fluency in Romanian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their content policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and sound judgment skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency.
