The Project and Your Role

You will be an integral part of a team providing on-demand language services for a leading global language solutions company. Your main mission is to translate and interpret conversations in real time, serving as the crucial link for people communicating across language barriers in a variety of industries, including healthcare, finance, and legal services. We provide comprehensive, paid training to ensure your success, so prior experience is not required.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Real-time Interpretation: You will answer incoming calls and provide high-quality, real-time interpretation between Russian and English. This requires quick thinking and a professional demeanor.
• Maintain Accuracy and Confidentiality: You will accurately convey information while strictly adhering to confidentiality protocols. Your integrity is key to building and maintaining trust with all parties.
• Professional Communication: You will manage the flow of conversations professionally and calmly, ensuring clear and effective communication for all parties involved, even in high-stress situations.

What We're Looking For
