Senior Agent Digital Sales (m/f/d)

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Agent Digital Sales to join our B2B digital sales team at SIXT. In this role, you'll support daily operations, analyze performance data, and play a key part in optimizing our digital sales channels—especially within the dynamic US market. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support day-to-day operative tasks within our digital sales segment for B2B customer

• You contribute to the development and refinement of ideas to optimize our digital sales channel

• You act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing reliable support in resolving issues

• You support with reporting and data analysis, helping to identify trends and optimization potential within the US market

• You serve as a key interface between our US-based telesales team and the digital sales unit, ensuring alignment and collaboration

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience Several years of professional experience in digital sales or customer support
• Analytical Skills Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for performance optimization
• Technical Proficiency Familiar with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and other BI/reporting platforms
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Education Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or a related field
