Senior Agent Vehicle Security Repossession (m/f/d)

We are looking for a solution-oriented and reliable Agent Vehicle Security Repossession (m/f/d) to support our European Vehicle Security team at SIXT. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end vehicle recovery process from internal documentation and coordination to final repossession and billing. You will collaborate closely with internal departments, external service providers, and legal authorities to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You handle end-to-end management of vehicle repossession cases
• You coordinate with internal teams, legal counsel, law enforcement, and third-party recovery partners
• You obtain and submit official documents (e.g., seizure orders, powers of attorney) and create and maintain case files in internal systems
• You daily review open or existing cases in internal Vehicle Security Expert tool
• You validate case accuracy and legal documentation
• You assess status and trigger follow-up actions where necessary

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Organizational Skills Strong organizational and communication skills, especially in coordination with external partners, law firms, police, and prosecutors
• Previous Experience Legal processes related to asset recovery (e.g., seizure, enforcement) is a strong plus
• Soft Skills High attention to detail, accuracy, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneous, independent, reliable and structured working style
• Language Skills You have Fluent English Skills and/or additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, or French) are an advantage
• Motivation You are willing to work in a dynamic environment and handle time-sensitive cases
