The Business
Manager will be responsible for the strategic management of their business
unit through upsell, proposals, negotiation and client management as well as
for recruiting, motivating and managing IT Consultants.

Location: Porto, Fundão or Lisbon,
Portugal; 

Requisitos

• Degree in Management, Business,
  Computer Science,Human Resources or related fields;
  
• +5 years of professional
  experience as a Business Manager in the Outsourcing/Consulting field;
  
• Knowledge of the Information
  Technology Market;
  
• Strong motivation for business
  development in the context of Outsourcing;
  
• Dynamism and good communication
  skills;
  
• Sense of responsibility,
  resilience, and good organizational skills;
  
• Proficient
  level of English.
