In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and assistance. Your exceptional communication skills will be key to creating strong relationships and maintaining client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to our Swedish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service delivery.
• Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide precise information to clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Comfortable with technology and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• A friendly and approachable attitude towards clients.
