Were currently looking for a Team Leader to join our Life & Pension Insurance team in Lisbon.

YOUR ROLE

As Team Leader, you will:

• Translate the companys strategic goals into actionable objectives for your team

• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and motivating work environment

• Oversee daily operations and ensure strong team performance

• Collaborate with HR to support team growth, performance, and well-being

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluency in French (C2 level) written and spoken

• Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a Team Leader position, ideally within a Shared Services or SSC environment

• Familiarity with activity management tools and KPIs

• Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively

• A supportive and structured approach to helping your team grow

• Insurance sector knowledge is a plus,  but if you dont have it yet, well train you!

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in French (C2)

• Completed High School diploma or higher

• Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience

• Experience in services for the French market
